My name is Neesie and I am a super sweet 4 yr old Shih-Tzu.  My foster mom calls me a little sassy, but really I was just used to always getting my way and being the boss and had to learn my human is the boss not me.  When my foster mom first got me I was snappy when she wanted me to do something that I did not not want to do, but now I just sulk and do what I am told because she uses the mom voice and makes me do it anyway.  My foster mom says I just need someone who will be firm with me and not let me get my way.  I get along great with other dogs and would do best in a home without young children.  I am housebroken, up to date on all my vaccines, and microchipped. My adoption fee is $250
