Hi, I am Rocky. I am a 2 year old Cocker Spaniel-Corgi mix. I was found by my foster Dad with my step-brother Ziggy who is a 5 year old Daschund-Beagle mix.  We were found running around our Step Dad’s office park where we were abandoned.  We were stuck there for at three days and surviving on whatever food or water we could find. Our step Dad that found us, took us home, gave us two baths each, set us up in our own Petmate condominiums complete with beds, toys, and rawhidess, he fed us, and then took us to the Veterinarian to get shots, tests, and physical examination.  We are both healthy and need to find a loving home. We would prefer to be adopted together, because we are all that each other knows, but if we have to grow up in two separate loving homes, then we are big boys and can do that too.  We are both micro-chipped as well

Rocky is an avid bird and bug hunter, and likes to track everything he smells.  He is very loving and affectionate.  He needs to be neutered and will be soon. He is up-to-date now on all of his shots and will be registered with the county after he is neutered.  He is a little scared of people and other dogs, and tends to bark until he gets comfortable.  Rocky likes to follow around Ziggy and vice versa, as they seem inseparable.

Ziggy is an explorer and likes to follow Rocky too.  Ziggy is very healthy too, but he has a mild case of heartworms and is being treated with normal Heartguard as it is not severe. After a few months of normal monthly Heartguard chewables he should test negative again and be fine.  Ziggy is also fun loving and likes to follow you around.  He is also skeptical and nervous around other animals, but is generally ok after a brief introduction period.  He loves attention from people and is less shy around them than Rocky, however, once Ziggy and Rocky realize it is ok, they are very loving and affectionate towards people.
