Meet Jessie!
Located in Harford County, MD. Jessie was found as a stray and ended up in the local shelter. He sat there waiting on his family to come get him but no one came for him. When you look into Jessies sweet little eyes, you can see that he has bilateral cataracts. Cataracts come with age and Jessie is still able to see and get around just fine. He also has a heart murmur which we expect that he has lived with his whole life. Jessie is great with other dogs and cats and is looking for his forever family.
