Learn more about the Rottweiler. We were rescued 10 minutes before the shelter was going to euthanize us !
My sibblings and myself were dropped off at the Gaston County Shelter, our mommy said she could not afford to feed any of us. Because she surrendered us, they were going to euthanize us at 5:00. This really great guy came and picked all of us up at 10 minutes to five, put us in a box in his really cool convertible and took us for a ride. Boy riding in the car was fun. We are now at the rescue where everyone here is taking care of us. We all had our shots and were wormed, yuk, that stuff tasted nasty, but our foster mommy said it would keep us from getting sick. we have these really neat bones to chew on, and some really great food, mommy says it will help us get big and strong like all the other Rottweilers here. Our whole day consists of playing, eating, playing and then eating some more. Mommy says we are very well mannered and quiet, we do not scream when she puts us in a crate, we just roll on our backs and go to sleep. We know there is more to life than living at the foster camp, but until we find our new families we are very happy, healthy and playful. Oh yeah, there is just one more thing, we still have our natural tails. Our tails could only have been docked within the first 3 days of being born, so now we will have them for life. It definitly adds to our magnificent personalities and charm. Want to come and meet us ? We are just one click away, you just have to fill out an application.
