Mt name is Lucy, I was taken in by the rescue because the people that had me could no longer take care of me and this nice lady took me from them and was going to bring me back to FLa with her, I was too big for her Sherpa bag, I weigh 28lbs and US Air does not allow dogs to fly underneath any more so she was in Charlotte and desperate for help and this rescue came and helped her with me.  I am a very nice girl, I am 2 years old, speyed, up to date on my shots, micro chipped, house broken, crate trained, good with other dogs and cats and like children.  I am a bit shy when you first meet me but I have been thru a lot of changes lately and learning how to trust again is a two way street.  I am very sweet and a quiet little girl.  I do like to play with other dogs. I am not hyper and boisterous. I like to go for walks and ride in the car.

I would love a new family to call my own.
