Victor is a super sweet Dachshund mix. He is 10weeks old and a happy little guy. He is great with kids and great with other dogs. He loves to be held and loves to play. Victor has a blocked tear duct and needs to have surgery. He is available for sponsorship only. His surgery will cost around $400. Please help him by making a donation.
