Learn more about the Norwich Terrier. Hey there! My name is Roscoe, and I may be little, but I'm full of personality! I love everyone and everything. The people at the rescue say I'm virtually perfect! I always keep my crate clean, I love to cuddle, I play nice with the other dogs, I have a clean bill of health, I love when families come to see me and I really love life. I'm heartworm negative, fecal negative, crate trained, house broken, up to date on my vaccines and ready to go home! Can you share a bit of your slice of heaven with me?
